1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TV Mount Expert website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TV Mount Expert provides professional TV mounting services in the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas, including but not limited to:

• TV mounting and installation
• Cable concealment and management
• Soundbar and speaker installation
• Home theater setup
• Commercial installations

3. Service Area

Our services are available in King and Pierce Counties, Washington, including Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their TV and mounting requirements
• Ensuring the installation area is accessible and prepared
• Being present during the scheduled appointment time
• Providing necessary access to electrical outlets and wall areas
• Removing any obstacles that may interfere with installation

7. Warranty and Liability

We provide a 90-day warranty on our installation work. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation. It does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

TV Mount Expert is fully insured and bonded. However, we are not responsible for damage to TVs, walls, or other property that occurs during normal installation procedures or due to pre-existing conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TV Mount Expert be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Washington State Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

10. Contractor License

TV Mount Expert is licensed and insured in Washington State. Our contractor license number is TVME-2024-001. We are registered with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
